3. Event Bookings and Tickets
All ticket purchases and event bookings are subject to availability. When booking tickets for any event organised by Jimmydixs Events Management FZE LLC, you agree to the following:
– Tickets are issued for the named event, date, venue, and category specified at the time of purchase.
– Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
– You must present a valid ticket (digital or printed) for entry to the event.
– The Company reserves the right to refuse entry to any person who cannot produce a valid ticket.
– Tickets may not be resold or used for commercial purposes without the written consent of the Company.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices listed on our website or communicated by our team are in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice. Full payment is required at the time of booking. The Company accepts payment via approved payment methods as displayed at checkout.
The Company is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by your bank or payment provider. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and issue a full refund.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or postponed by the Company. In the event of cancellation or postponement:
– If an event is cancelled by the Company, ticket holders will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price.
– If an event is postponed, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, you may request a refund within 7 days of the announcement of the new date.
– Refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
– Service fees and booking charges are non-refundable.

6. Event Entry and Conduct
All event attendees must comply with the rules and regulations of the event venue. The Company and venue management reserve the right to refuse entry or eject any person who:
– Is intoxicated or under the influence of illegal substances
– Behaves in a disorderly, threatening, or abusive manner
– Attempts to bring prohibited items into the venue
– Violates any applicable UAE laws or regulations
No refund will be issued to any person refused entry or ejected due to misconduct.
7. Photography and Recording
Professional cameras, audio recording equipment, and video recording devices may not be permitted at events without prior written authorisation from the Company. Personal mobile phone photography for non-commercial use is generally permitted unless otherwise stated at the event.
By attending our events, you consent to being photographed or filmed as part of the event audience for promotional and marketing purposes.
8. Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience suffered by event attendees unless caused by the Company’s own negligence. This includes but is not limited to:
– Loss or theft of personal belongings at the event
– Personal injury not caused by the Company’s negligence
– Any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or acts of terrorism
The Company’s total liability to you in connection with any event shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the tickets to that event.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the jimmydixsevents.ae website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and event artwork, is the property of Jimmydixs Events Management FZE LLC or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable UAE and international intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from this website without prior written permission from the Company.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not use this website in any way that breaches any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation, or that is harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive.
